Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the quality of Ready Mix Concrete while supporting sales activities by promoting RMC products to contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform slump tests and basic concrete quality checks.
- Monitor concrete quality during production and delivery.
- Visit customer sites to address quality concerns.
- Promote RMC products and generate new business.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with production, batching plant, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare quality and site visit reports.
Qualification
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate
Experience
- 0–1 year
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
