Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Chef to join our bakery team. We specialize in healthy, nutritious breads and are looking for someone who can assist in daily kitchen and bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing bread dough and bakery products.
- Support the Head Chef/Baker in daily production.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Help with ingredient preparation and stock management.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all products.
Must-Have Attributes
- 2-3 years of experience as a Commis II or Assistant Chef (bakery experience preferred).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
