Packing Inventory and logistics :-
I. Packing material boxed , loading and Dispatching
Maintaining Inventory records on daily basis (in/out) in Excel sheet.
II. Keeping track of material which are less in stock.
III. Listing of materials and getting it packed as per the orders.
IV. Bring materials from Transporter office to our Office.
V. When materials received then, Check it, count and arrange in the storage area, and enter into inventory.
Administrative Work:-
I. Do all Outside office work,bank work etc ,Bring office use material from the Market.(stationery ,Pantry etc)
II. Informing vendors regarding work and getting work done on time and bring material from transporter office to our office.
III. Maintaining school and office infrastructure and other emergencies. (if required)
IV. Making Arrangement for events like Annual day, sports day etc.
V. Any other office work, as and when it is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
