- Gear Maintenance: maintain and handle rifles, pistols, and other gear. They make sure weapons are in good, safe working order.
Athlete Training
- Custom Plans: create personalized practice plans for each shooter.
- Skill Building: correct posture, breathing, and trigger control.
- Mental Toughness: teach athletes how to stay focused and handle stress during big competitions.
Tracking Progress
- Score Tracking: keep detailed records of shooting scores and daily progress.
- Feedback: give clear, ongoing feedback to help shooters reach their goals.
Communication
- Parent and Staff Talks: communicate clearly with parents, other trainers, and academy staff.

- Physical Fitness: coordinate with physical therapists or sports science teams to keep athletes in top shape.
