Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end motor insurance claim processing.
- Assist customers in claim registration and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, garages, and clients.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlement.
- Verify claim documents and policy details.
- Maintain claim records and MIS reports.
- Resolve customer queries related to claim status and settlement.
- Monitor claim turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with insurance company guidelines.
- Handle reimbursement and cashless claim processes.
- Escalate complex cases to insurance companies when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Motor Insurance Claims.
- Understanding of Cashless and Reimbursement Claims.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
