Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team at Polar Bear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling orders, maintaining outlet hygiene, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payment.
- Explain menu items, offers, and promotions to customers.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Ensure accuracy in orders and maintain proper portion control.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, and dining area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Support the team during peak hours and maintain quick service.
- Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their visit.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in QSR, café, restaurant, or retail is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
