Requirements: Proficiency in any 3D architectural design software (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent) .
Hands-on site knowledge with a strong understanding of construction processes.
Ability to translate designs into real-world execution on site .
Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members.
A collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments
