The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving skill development training programs across assigned centers. The role involves managing trainers, ensuring training quality, achieving project targets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving learner success through effective delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of skill development training programs across assigned locations.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery and learner engagement.
- Prepare training schedules, batch plans, and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, funding agency requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor trainee attendance, assessments, certifications, placements, and overall program outcomes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, trainer evaluations, and quality audits.
- Identify training needs and organize Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions and capacity-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, mobilization, placement, and project teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Analyze training performance through MIS reports, learner feedback, and assessment data.
- Implement corrective actions to improve learner retention, completion rates, and placement outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and learner experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
