Title:
Tech Lead / Backend Architect (Startup / SaaS / CRM)
Role:
We are building multiple platforms including CRM systems, marketplaces, and automation engines.
We need a strong technical leader to design and execute scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design system architecture (multi-project)
- Build core CRM engine (common for all projects)
- Decide tech stack & structure
- Guide backend + frontend + automation team
- Ensure code quality & scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience
- Built CRM / SaaS / marketplace systems
- Strong in Node.js / Laravel
- API + database design expert
Salary:
₹ 40,000 – ₹1,00,000/month
MUST: Real system build experience (not just websites)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹42,945.27 - ₹91,410.07 per month
