Need a qualified candidate to manage a copper lugs/terminals manufacturing setup.
Past work experience handling a factory setup a must.
Key responsibilities -
- Complete end to end production management ( raw material, production, packing, dispatch)
- Complete knowledge of tool/die development
- Stock Planning and RM procurement from sister plant
- Vendor development and co-ordination for packing material/outsourced operations
- Co-ordinating and being single point of contact with marketing, logistic, managment teams
- Labour Management ( 50+ workers )
- Order scheduling/expediting as required
- Quality Assurance
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
