Responsibilities :-
1) Design and implement an annual Art & Craft curriculum in collaboration with subject SMEs, the Principal, and as per CBSE guidelines.
2) Plan and conduct engaging, hands-on lessons integrating art with other subjects to promote experiential learning.
3) Showcase student work through exhibitions and contribute artistically to school events and décor.
4) Assess students through observation, projects, and skill development.
5) Maintain portfolios and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
6) Participate in school events and professional development programs.
7) Stay updated with current trends in art education and creative pedagogy.
Qualifications :-
1) Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA/B.A. Visual Arts) or an equivalent diploma with minimum 60% marks from a recognized institution.
2) Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or Art Education.
3) Training or certification in Art Pedagogy or Art Integration.
4) Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
5) Basic computer skills (MS Office, digital tools for art or presentations).
Full time - 8:00 to 4:00 ( 13k-15k salary )
Part time - 10:00 to 3:00 ( 8k-9k salary )
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
