Position: Curry Chef / Indian Curry Chef
Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Indian curries, gravies, dals, and main-course dishes.
- Handle the curry section independently during service.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Prepare daily mise en place before service.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Monitor ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Assist with stock checking and proper storage of food items.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and other kitchen staff.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Curry Chef/Indian Chef preferred.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian/Indian curry preparation.
- Good knowledge of spices, gravies, marinades, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good hygiene and kitchen discipline.
- Team player with reliable attendance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
