Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our e-commerce warehouse operations including goods handling, return processing, inspection, stock management, and data entry. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse back office activities
- Perform accurate data entry related to stock & returns
- Testing and segregation of headphones (training provided)
- Maintain inventory records and update stock status
- Support return department & inspection process
- Coordinate with stores and warehouse team
- Maintain reports using Google Suit
Required Skills:
- Basic PC & Internet knowledge
- MS Office (Excel, Word) / Google Workspace
- Good attention to detail
- Basic understanding of stock handling
- Coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to learn product testing
- Candidates residing near Adyar or nearby locations will be preferred
Working Hours:
Full Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Part Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
