Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.).
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in Precast Concrete, RCC Products, AAC Blocks, Building Materials, or Construction Manufacturing will be preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production reports.
Proficiency in the local language for workforce communication and basic English for reporting.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of concrete batching, casting, curing, and quality inspection.
Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, production planning, and inventory control.
Understanding of workplace safety standards and lean manufacturing/5S practices.
Job Overview:
MPA Pannels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically competent Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor activities, supervising production teams, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing of lightweight concrete dry walls and precast panels.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Production Planning & Shift Operations
Supervise daily production activities including material mixing, casting, curing, and panel finishing.
Allocate work to operators and production staff to achieve daily production targets.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance.
Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet customer delivery timelines.
2) Quality Control
Monitor raw material batching to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with specifications.
Supervise mold preparation, casting, demolding, and panel handling to minimize damage and wastage.
Conduct first-level quality inspections for dimensions, surface finish, strength, and overall product quality.
Maintain production and quality records as required.
3) Safety & Plant Maintenance
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and mandatory PPE usage.
Maintain high housekeeping standards by implementing 5S practices.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize production downtime.
4) Team Management
Lead, motivate, and guide production operators and shop floor workers.
Train new employees on production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
Maintain discipline and foster a productive work environment.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
