Job Summary
The Centre Manager holds the daily experience of the centre together: parent trust, child safety, admission growth, staff coordination and a warm child-friendly culture.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Centre Manager to lead the overall operations of our preschool and daycare centre. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional learning experiences for children while managing the team, engaging with parents, and driving the centre's growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily centre operations.
- Maintain parent satisfaction and timely communication.
- Support admissions and conversion.
- Coordinate teachers, admin and support staff.
- Monitor safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintain records and daily checklists.
- Support events and celebrations.
- Escalate issues with solutions and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education preferred).
- Prior experience in preschool administration or academic leadership.
- 3-7 years in preschool operations, admissions, parent relations or centre management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Important Expectations
No shouting, punishment, threatening, shaming or harsh behaviour with children. Child safety, dignity and emotional well-being are non-negotiable.
