- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Maintain and repair Split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation units.
- Attend guest complaints related to air-conditioning and cooling systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure energy-efficient operations.
- Inspect and maintain refrigeration equipment and cold rooms.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and service logs.
- Follow safety procedures and hotel engineering standards.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team during emergencies and shutdowns.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
