- Lead Sourcing Operations: Direct daily pre-owned car (POC) procurement targets and build strong sourcing channels via new car channels (Arena and Nexa).
- Manage Evaluators: Guide and advise vehicle evaluators on pricing queries, inspection standards, and market valuations.
- Channel Coordination: Coordinate closely with new car sales teams to maximize exchange car leads and trade-ins.
- Pricing and Adalath Support: Attend pricing settlements (adalaths) and coordinate vehicle refurbishment processes to maintain stock turnaround times.
- Team Leadership: Mentor team members, track daily sourcing plans, and monitor evaluation targets versus achievements.
- Manage google sheet daily with updations
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
