The Salesforce Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (planning, design, build, test, deploy, and support).

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during Salesforce projects

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Lead and mentor Salesforce administrators

Manage implementation timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards

Oversee data migration, integrations, and system testing

Coordinate with third-party and internal vendors

Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management

Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions post-launch
7+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant
Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferred
Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions
Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform features. Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.
Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly.
