Key Responsibilities
- Direct Farmer Enrollment: Target and onboard commercial dairy farms with 10+ animals for recurring weekly fodder subscriptions.
- Leverage Existing Networks: Utilise your daily field routes and breeding visits to pitch advanced nutritional products directly to cattle owners.
- On-Farm Demonstrations: Conduct live palatability tests and show farmers how TMR and UMM blocks prevent feed wastage.
- Achieve Target Volume: Drive monthly sales tonnage across assigned peri-urban dairy clusters.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Background: Certificate/Diploma in Artificial Insemination (AI), Animal Husbandry, or practical hands-on experience handling livestock.
- Network: Strong, pre-existing relationships with dairy farmers in and around Agra city periphery.
- Skills: Ground-level persuasive communication in local Hindi/Braj language.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for intensive daily village travel.
