Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to greet clients and address their needs efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and prior hospital front-office experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Handle billing and maintain records of visiting personnel
- Manage incoming phone calls with proper etiquette
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
- Inform clients’ family members about upcoming visits and appointments
- Report updates to authorities and coordinate with colleagues
- Support overall hospital front-office operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital front-office or receptionist role

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
