Job Title: Executive Assistant - MD
Reporting To: Founder and Managing Director (CEO)
Location: Hyderabad
Role Summary
Cyber Mindsets is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & MD. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing priorities, driving execution, coordinating across teams, and ensuring business operations run smoothly.
You will be the MD’s trusted partner, helping transform ideas into action while ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Marketing, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Track action items and ensure timely execution across departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), reports, and presentations.
- Draft professional emails, proposals, and business documents.
- Conduct business research and prepare executive summaries.
- Maintain dashboards and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the MD.
Office & Business Coordination
- Support MD in day-to-day business coordination and execution tracking.
- Manage priorities, action items, follow-ups, and internal communication.
- Prepare Executive reports, trackers, and presentations for leadership review.
Back Office & Sales Support (Operations)
- Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.
- Ensure partner alignment is going as per expectation - keep a eye on service delivery and customer compliance to ensure deliverables are in proper shape,
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all CEO-office matters. (very IMP)
Customer & Visitor Management
- Coordinate customer meetings, office visits, and leadership interactions.
- Act as a professional interface between clients, MD, and internal teams.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for visitors and stakeholders.
HR & Recruitment Support
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and on-boarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal communications.
- Support leadership with basic HR operations and engagement activities.
Project & Execution Tracking
- Track internal and client-related projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with teams to monitor progress, risks, and deadlines.
- Escalate delays and execution gaps proactively.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, HRMS etc.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, trustworthy, and highly confidential in handling business information.
Desired Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in MD office, operations, coordination, or project support roles.
- Exposure to HR operations, recruitment coordination, and project tracking.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
