We are looking for technically strong Pre-Sales Engineers who can understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong software background with basic hardware knowledge and excellent customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams.
- Explain software capabilities, integrations, APIs, and workflows to customers.
- Provide technical support during customer evaluations and solution discussions.
- Train channel partners and customers on product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Technical Sales.
- Technical background is mandatory.
- Strong software solutioning skills.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, IoT devices, or access control systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions when required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
