Industry: Stainless Steel Welded Pipes Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing plant.
Key Requirements
- 8–15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company
- Must have managed a workforce of 350+ employees
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Industrial Relations
- Experience in Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Contract Labour Management
- Proficient in HRMS and MS Office
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage HR operations for 350+ employees.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.).
Handle employee relations and industrial relations.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Prepare HR MIS reports and support HR policy implementation.
Qualification
MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / MSW or equivalent
