We’re looking for a Solar & Renewable Energy Technical Trainer / Project Engineer to join our team!
This is a hands-on hybrid role where you’ll be involved in both training and real-world renewable energy projects.
What You’ll Do
1. Training & Technical Development
Conduct technical and practical training on Solar PV and Renewable Energy technologies.
Deliver classroom, online, laboratory, and hands-on practical sessions.
Prepare training materials, presentations, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
Train participants on Solar PV systems, installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety.
Guide trainees during practical work and projects.
Conduct basic assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
2. Renewable Energy Project Work
Support day-to-day solar and renewable energy projects.
Participate in site visits, surveys, and basic technical assessments.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with project teams, technicians, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Assist with basic system calculations, equipment selection, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Prepare project reports, updates, checklists, and other technical documentation.
Provide hands-on technical support at project sites when required.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field.
Practical knowledge of Solar PV systems.
Experience in solar/renewable energy, technical training, installation, O&M, or project work is
preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working both as a trainer and on project sites.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Professionals with experience as a Solar Trainer, Solar Engineer, Renewable Energy Technician,
Project Engineer, Technical Instructor, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
