Role Summary:
Responsible for assembly, wiring, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment manufactured by the company. The candidate should be capable of understanding engineering drawings, following SOPs, and delivering quality work with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of instruments, machines, and equipment as per drawings and work instructions.
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Carry out wiring, ferruling, cable routing, panel assembly, component mounting, and termination activities.
- Assemble mechanical structures, brackets, sheet metal parts, enclosures, and machine subassemblies.
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled equipment.
- Identify and rectify electrical, mechanical, and wiring defects during production.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and assembly checklists.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with design, stores, production, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth execution of work.
- Support installation, servicing, and commissioning activities whenever required.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, machine assembly, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop practices.
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirement:
- Must be physically fit to work on the production floor.
- Should be capable of standing, moving, lifting components, and performing assembly activities throughout the work shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
