Key Responsibilities
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Formulate damage-control strategies, manage sensitive public narratives, and handle high-stakes communications during organizational emergencies or public scrutiny.
- Conflict Resolution & Mediation: Act as the primary mediator in executive-level discussions, resolving complex disputes across internal departments, regulatory authorities, external agencies, and public stakeholders.
- Government & Regulatory Relations: Leverage administrative experience to navigate complex bureaucratic procedures, secure necessary statutory approvals, and maintain proactive communication with government bodies.
- Strategic Representation & Communication: Represent the organization in official hearings, press briefings, and inter-agency summits, ensuring strict alignment with corporate policy and regulatory compliance.
- Media & Stakeholder Engagement: Draft official statements and press releases, coordinate response plans, and build strategic relationships with media contacts, industry leaders, and key decision-makers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professional Background: Retired senior government official (e.g., administrative services, information officers, military liaisons) or equivalent senior executive with 10+ years of experience in public administration or corporate government affairs.
- Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of government machinery, statutory compliance, legal frameworks, and police/administrative protocols, backed by an active, high-level professional network.
- Leadership & Mobility: Strong executive presence, exceptional conflict resolution skills, and proven team management capabilities. Must hold valid driving licenses for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Technical & Personal Attributes: Tech-savvy with a system-driven approach, strong emotional intelligence, and high composure under pressure. Able to independently drive department requirements with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
