1. Knowledge of CGMP maintenance procedures.
2. An appreciation and basic understanding of electronic control systems (PLC’s).
3. Modification and implementation of facilities as per production and safety requirements.
4. Coordinating with production department to keep 100% availability of manufacturing equipment’s in working condition
5. Working experience in pharma/cosmetics/food GMP manufacturing environment
6. A good understanding & working knowledge of analytical instruments / hydraulic and electrical systems.
7. Understanding and following equipment maintenance SOPs.
8. Troubleshooting equipment faults.
9. Attending to breakdown of machineries and their rectification as per CGMP norms.
10. Carrying out preventive maintenance activities of machines as per schedule and checklist.
11. Routine lubrication of equipment’s as per schedule or as and when required.
12. Raising request for spares and tools for machineries.
13. Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
14. Assisting with equipment installations.
15. Filling and Maintaining work logs, spares log, breakdown records or any other quantitative records for machineries/spares implemented in department based on improvement procedures.
16. Carrying out minor in-house welding and fabrication works.
17. Facility maintenance (like doors handles, locks, hinges etc)
18. To check and maintain critical spares and their stock inventory, and regular follow up for spare with Executive until received
Desired Candidate Profile
Education- ITI/Diploma Holder in electrical
Experience- 1-2 Years
Language skills – English, Hindi & Kannada would be preferred.
