Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly professional to manage customer communications, confirm order requirements, convert sales leads, and support daily back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone calls and WhatsApp after receiving orders or inquiries.
- Understand and confirm customer customization requirements.
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer records and update order details in company systems.
- Support day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.).
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Workload
- Handle approximately 50 customer interactions per day.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,330.58 per month
