Job Overview:
Asian Swimming Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Swimming Coach to join our professional team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in competitive or professional swimming, along with experience in coaching and training swimmers of different age groups and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured swimming training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance swimming techniques, endurance, and overall performance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during training sessions.
- Provide personalized coaching and corrective feedback to swimmers.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with lifeguards and academy staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor swimmer progress and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certification from the Government of India, SCNIS, or a recognized State/National-Level body.
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of coaching experience in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and competitive training methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively and encourage swimmers to achieve their best performance.
- A commitment to maintaining safety and discipline at all times.
