The Project Manager – Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end execution of modular furniture projects including planning, production coordination, site execution, installation, client handling, and project handover while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage modular furniture projects from design approval to completion.
- Coordinate with design, factory, procurement, and installation teams.
- Supervise site measurements, installation, and execution activities.
- Ensure timely production, material dispatch, and site readiness.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Handle client communication and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Resolve site execution and installation issues.
- Ensure quality standards and smooth project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in modular furniture/interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, and installation processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination tools.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
Residential, commercial, office, or retail modular furniture projects.
