Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Team Lead to manage and execute IT Infrastructure projects, including CCTV Installations Systems, Network Infrastructure, Firewall Solutions, Server & Data Center Deployments, Structured Cabling, and Enterprise IT Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with team management and customer coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered successfully within the defined timeline and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise IT infrastructure project implementation teams.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within schedule and budget.
- Handle end-to-end implementation of:
- CCTV Installations Systems
- LAN/WAN Network Infrastructure
- Firewall & Network Security Solutions
- Data Center & Server Installations
- Structured Cabling Projects
- Wireless Networking Solutions
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams throughout project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare project implementation plans.
- Allocate work and monitor field engineers to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure project documentation, installation reports, and handover documents are completed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
- Experience in Enterprise Networking (Switches, Routers, Wireless).
- Hands-on experience with Firewall implementation and configuration.
- Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure and Server deployments.
- Knowledge of Structured Cabling standards.
- Experience in project planning and team management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience leading a team of field engineers.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Sophos, Microsoft, or OEM certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in System Integration, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security Surveillance, ELV, or Enterprise IT Solutions are preferred.
