Job Role – Pharmacy Incharge (Retail Pharmacy)
The Pharmacy Incharge is responsible for the overall management of the retail pharmacy, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, accurate medicine dispensing, inventory control, team supervision, and excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining stock availability, achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and creating a professional, customer-focused shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail pharmacy operations.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per valid prescriptions.
- Supervise pharmacists, cashiers, and sales staff.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve store sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and warehouse for stock requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
