Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage client communication and create efficient production/manufacturing schedules for window orders. You will serve as the core link between client timelines and factory execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Maintain regular contact with clients, architects, and site teams to confirm technical specs and project timelines.
- Production Scheduling: Build and manage daily/weekly factory manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Order Tracking: Track order progress from survey sign-off through manufacturing, quality checks, and dispatch.
- Problem Solving: Resolve schedule changes, material delays, or technical discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or production scheduling (preferably in windows/uPVC/Aluminium, fabrication, or building materials).
- Strong understanding of factory production planning and manufacturing lead times.
- Excellent client-facing communication and organization skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets or ERP software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
