Job Purpose
The PR Head will serve as the strategic custodian of our individual brand identities of our three luxury bridal labels: Asiana, Payal Keyal, and Marwar. This role demands a high-caliber leader who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our outsourced branding agency's vision and flawless internal execution. You will orchestrate high-end styling, media relations, campaign production, and experiential events to drive brand equity, premium positioning, and market share in the luxury bridal segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Communications & Agency Synergy
Multi-Brand Positioning: Oversee and protect the distinct visual and narrative identity of Asiana, Payal Keyal, and Marwad, ensuring all communication aligns with each brand's uniqueness.
Agency Integration: Act as the primary internal anchor for the outsourced branding agency, translating their creative strategy into actionable PR campaigns, media pitches, and local market activations.
Reputation & Crisis Management: Proactively monitor, protect, and elevate the overall brand image across print, digital, and social platforms, implementing crisis communication protocols if required.
2. Media, Stylist & Celebrity Relations (Sample Management)
Build, cultivate, and leverage an elite network of top-tier fashion editors, celebrity stylists, luxury influencers, and wedding industry stakeholders.
Manage all sourcing requests for garments, accessories, and related materials for stylists, celebrities, influencers, publications, and special projects.
3. Strategic Alliances & Collaborations
Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact, cross-brand collaborations with business partners.
Media Alliances: Secure exclusive editorial features, cover stories, and design deep-dives in premier publications (e.g., Vogue, Bazaar, Brides Today).
4. Campaign Shoot Production & Asset Management
End-to-End Shoot Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and direct seasonal campaign shoots and look books. Coordinate directly with photographers, models, HMUAs, creative directors, and production agencies.
Asset Quality & Timeline Control: Ensure the flawless, timely retrieval of all post-production assets (photographs, videos, fashion films) from external vendors while maintaining strict luxury quality benchmarks.
5. Experiential Events & Retail Activations
Couture Showcases: Lead the end-to-end PR strategy and media guest-list management for seasonal runway shows, couture weeks, and luxury trunk shows.
In-Showroom VIP Experiences: Orchestrate exclusive pop-ups, collection launches, and bespoke retail experiences across Delhi showrooms to drive brand engagement for VIP clients and industry partners.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive PR experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership/head capacity specifically within luxury Indian bridal wear, premium couture houses, or high-end luxury retail.
Network: Exceptional, active personal relationships with leading celebrity stylists, luxury fashion editors, and premium digital creators in India (particularly Delhi-NCR).
Skills:
Masterful communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of luxury brand vocabulary.
Proven ability to multi-task and lead PR strategy for multiple sub-brands simultaneously without diluting individual brand DNA.
Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills required to manage HNWI clients and creative talent.
Education: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism & Mass Communication Fashion Merchandising, or Fashion Journalism from a premier institute.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
