Job Title: Academic Tele-Counselor

Experience: 1–3 Years in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, or Admissions
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, course preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate information about courses such as MBBS, B.Tech, MBA, BBA, and other UG/PG programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admission counseling, tele-calling, inside sales, or education sales.
- Experience in handling student/parent inquiries and admission leads will be an advantage.
