Job Summary
The Sales Call Specialist will be responsible for generating and converting leads through outbound and inbound calls, nurturing prospective clients, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, have prior experience in real estate sales or telecalling, and be comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
Knowledge of real estate marketing and property sales will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects and eventually into customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems or databases.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth customer onboarding and follow-up processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales reports.
- Stay updated on current projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in Cold Calling and Lead Conversion.
- Excellent communication skills in:
- Bengali
- Hindi
- English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a large number of calls daily.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing and Property Sales.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, and Excel.
- Experience in handling online leads generated through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and website inquiries.
