Transportation Executive
Location: KIMS Hosptal, Trivandrum
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transportation Executive to join our Transportation Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track vehicle movements on a daily basis.
- Monitor fuel consumption and expenditure.
- Prepare and manage driver duty schedules.
- Maintain all vehicle-related documentation and statutory records.
- Arrange transportation for senior management and VIP guests from different locations.
- Coordinate and monitor college bus operations.
- Support ambulance operations and oversee mortuary-related transportation activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day transportation operations and submit required reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet transportation requirements efficiently.
- Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar transportation or fleet management role.
- Freshers are not eligible to apply.
- Good knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle movement tracking, and transportation coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and reporting.Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
