Job Description
Responsibilities: Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage, validity, and applicable policy terms. Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders to gather required information for claims processing. Evaluate documentation, reports, and policy details to make informed and accurate claims decisions. Process claims payments and settlements in accordance with established procedures and timelines. Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims activities for auditing and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims issues effectively. Conduct investigations, including site visits and interviews when necessary, to ensure thorough claims assessment.
