Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients through field sales, opening Demat and Trading Accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires meeting sales targets by promoting the company's financial products and investment services.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
Open Demat and Trading Accounts for eligible customers.
Explain the features and benefits of Demat and Trading Accounts.
Complete KYC documentation and ensure accurate account-opening procedures.
Cross-sell financial and investment products offered by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to activate and engage new accounts.
Achieve monthly client acquisition and business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
Experience in field sales, client acquisition.
Fresher can also apply having excellent communication skills may also apply.
