Position: Tele Caller Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities
● Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
● Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services
● Identify customer needs and provide information about the product & service
● Answer questions about the product &service
● Explain product features and benefits.
● Handle customer objections and resolve customer complaints
● Meet or exceed sales targets
● Update customer information in the company database
● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
● Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Proven experience as a tele caller &similar sales/customer service role
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to persuade and influence others
● Ability to handle objections effectively
● Good negotiation and selling skills
● Customer service-oriented
● Ability to work independently or as part of a team
● Good computer skills and experience with CRM software
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
