We are seeking a skilled Commis 1 (Bakery & Pastry) to join our Bangalore production team. This role focuses on maintaining efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output in a fast-paced dessert kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily bakery and pastry production tasks
- Prepare ingredients and manage station workflow
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Support team during peak production and service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to kitchen standards
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in bakery/pastry section
- Good working knowledge of baking techniques
- Ability to perform under pressure in busy environments
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
