Job Summary
Rising India School of Excellence is looking for a Community Outreach & Partnerships Associate to build relationships with local organisations, businesses, residential communities, activity providers, and other relevant partners.
The role will focus on community outreach, partnership development, lead generation, networking, and supporting the school's admissions activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with local organisations, businesses, residential communities, activity providers, and potential referral partners.
- Plan and execute community outreach activities to increase awareness and generate relevant enquiries.
- Develop partnership opportunities with businesses, corporates, residential communities, and local service providers.
- Represent the school at networking events, exhibitions, community events, and outreach programmes.
- Coordinate school presentations, workshops, parent engagement sessions, and partner activities.
- Build and maintain a database of partners, prospects, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Track leads, referrals, follow-ups, and conversions generated through outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enquiry generation and admissions.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective partners.
- Identify new local networking and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor local market activities and competitor presence.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, partnerships, leads, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in community outreach, partnerships, business development, relationship management, field sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in education, hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, retail, or other customer-facing industries will be an advantage.
