Core Responsibilities
- AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use generative AI to brainstorm, outline, draft, and refine high-quality copy for blogs, social media threads, and email campaigns.
- Predictive Performance Marketing: Leverage machine learning algorithms for audience segmentation, predictive analysis, and automated bid management across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
- Workflow Automation: Build and manage automated workflows that use AI to deliver personalized customer experiences and streamline tedious marketing processes.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze social listening and campaign data using AI platforms to extract actionable insights and refine conversion tests.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- AI Literacy: Proficiency in using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), image generators (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney), and prompt engineering.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of the core pillars of digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
