We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter for auto parts industry in Mohali.
Qualification : ITI/ Dip. ( mech)
Experience : 3-6 year
Responsibilities :
- Set up VMC machines according to production drawings and process sheets.
- Install and align fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces.
- Set tool offsets, work offsets, and machine parameters.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process instructions.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary offset corrections.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
