Job Overview
The Interior Fit-out Executive manages the complete on-site execution of both residential and commercial interior projects. This role bridges the gap between design and physical handover. You will supervise contractors, ensure technical compliance, and act as a reliable point of contact for both internal project managers and clients regarding site progress.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Quality Control
- Supervise daily on-site fit-out activities including civil work, MEP, carpentry, partitions, false ceilings, and finishes.
- Ensure all execution precisely aligns with approved 2D AutoCAD layouts, MEP drawings, and 3D designs.
- Maintain strict quality standards for both premium residential finishes and high-durability commercial fit-outs.
Client & Internal Communication
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to explain progress and address their queries.
- Manage client expectations smoothly regarding timeline milestones and site dependencies.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports (with photo documentation) to the internal Project Manager.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate schedules with multiple sub-contractors to avoid workforce clashes on site.
- Verify material deliveries for exact specifications, quantity, and quality upon arrival.
- Measure and verify completed contractor work to validate billing and milestone payouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 2–5 years of site execution experience covering both home interiors and office/retail spaces.
- Technical Skills: Expert blueprint reading (AutoCAD layouts, section details, electrical and HVAC routing).
- Communication: Professional, clear, and confident verbal skills for client presentations and vendor management.
- Problem Solving: Quick structural and logical thinking to resolve unexpected on-site layout clashes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
