Jindal Poles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Corporate Manager – Operations & Commercial to oversee procurement, commercial operations, factory coordination, vendor management, and business documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between the corporate office and manufacturing unit while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Factory Coordination
- Coordinate with the factory for production planning and timely execution.
- Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, stores, and quality departments.
- Resolve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and develop reliable vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
- Finalize purchase orders and monitor procurement schedules.
- Build long-term vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Commercial & Documentation
- Prepare and review purchase orders, work orders, agreements, and commercial documents.
- Handle government and private vendor empanelments.
- Coordinate tender-related documentation and compliance.
- Maintain commercial records and ensure document accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, HR, and Production teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management.
- Track key operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, , BBA, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Steel, Infrastructure, Engineering, Fabrication, or EPC industries.
- Experience in procurement, commercial operations, factory coordination, and vendor management.
- Prior experience dealing with government projects and documentation will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Vendor development and relationship management.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Excellent documentation and contract management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP software knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the Steel Pole, Structural Steel, Lighting Pole, Fabrication, or EPC industry will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to the manufacturing unit as required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
