The Role: Accounts OfficerThis is not a repetitive, back-bench bookkeeping role. You will independently command the end-to- end financial ecosystem of a premium portfolio of 5–6 international companies. You will serve as thecore client liaison, orchestrate flawless month-end closures, and architect high-impact MIS reportsthat business leaders rely on for strategic decision-making.
Main Accountabilities
Portfolio Ownership: Manage independent end-to-end bookkeeping, general ledgers, andaccounts finalization for 5–6 companies.
Financial Reporting: Keep all ledgers audit-ready; generate precise monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and strategic MIS reports.
Receivables Management: Oversee accounts receivable pipelines and actively lead paymentfollow-ups.
Operations & Invoicing: Manage inventory tracking, generate Delivery Orders (DOs), andstructure project-based invoicing against timelines.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small, highly collaborative team of junioraccountants.
Data Organization: Ensure flawless, policy-compliant filing and digital documentmanagement.
Technical Skills Required
Accounting Ecosystems: Hands-on expertise in global software like Xero, MYOB, Sage, orQuickBooks
. Advanced MS Excel: Absolute mastery of data functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IFstatements, and Subtotals.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for directinternational client handling.
Project Management: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, lead client conversationsindependently, and drive finalization workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA/M.Com /CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / IPCC / CMA Inter preferred. (Note: Please do notapply if you are actively pursuing CA Finals or awaiting results).
Total Experience: Minimum 3 years of robust work experience in accounting and taxation.
Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of solid exposure to audit, taxation, and preparation offinal accounts within a reputed CA firm or corporate environment.
