Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Voice Process Associate to handle outbound/inbound calls for US clients. The role involves interacting with customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards
- Update customer details in CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
- Follow company guidelines and compliance policies
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & listening)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US process)
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Prior BPO/voice process experience is an added advantage
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
