Job Summary
Kaigo Home Health Care is looking for a caring, responsible, and reliable Patient Caretaker to provide quality care and support to patients at home. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, patient, and willing to assist patients with their daily activities and basic care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide support with mobility, walking, and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition to family members or nursing staff.
- Assist nurses and healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort of the patient's surroundings.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with medication reminders as instructed by the family or healthcare team.
- Follow proper hygiene and infection-control practices.
- Provide attentive and respectful care to elderly and dependent patients.
Eligibility
- Previous experience as a Patient Caretaker, Home Nurse, Caregiver, or similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with a caring attitude may also apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
- Should be patient, responsible, and compassionate.
- Willingness to work in home healthcare settings.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
