Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered in all food and beverage outlets.
- Supervise and guide junior service associates, providing on-the-job training and support.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and special dietary offerings.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory control and requisition of supplies as needed.
- Support the F&B Supervisor/Manager in daily operations and team coordination.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
